The round-robin stage of the Scotties has concluded, with all four Manitoba teams still in contention—an impressive feat considering they made up a quarter of the original 18-team field. Now, they form the majority of the final six teams, marking an unprecedented achievement.

In the upcoming 1 vs 2 Qualifiers at 1 p.m., Jennifer Jones will face off against Selena Sturmay of Alberta, while four-time defending champion Kerri Einarson will challenge Rachel Homan of Ontario. The winners will advance directly to the Page Playoff 1-2 game on Saturday night, while the losing teams will encounter the third-place pool finishers, Kate Cameron and Kaitlyn Lawes, tonight at 7 p.m. in the 3 vs 4 qualifiers.
