TYSON FURY returns to the ring to face UFC legend Francis Ngannou in a historic crossover fight tomorrow night. The WBC champion and the MMA star have been going back and forth with one another on social media for the best part of two years.
Fury and Ngannou will now take to the ring to end their long-standing online feud.
A shock showdown between the pair was mooted after Ngannou entered the ring and faced off with Fury following the Gypsy King’s knockout win against Dillian Whyte at Wembley back over a year ago.
For viewers in the United States, the fight will be available on ESPN+ PPV for $79.99.

The fight went cold as Ngannou was still contracted to UFC and MMA mogul Dana White refused to entertain the bout.
But now the 37-year-old walked out on the UFC at the start of the year and instead signed for rivals The Professional Fighters League.
The PFL gave Ngannou the green light to make his dream switch to boxing.
And it paved the way for him to climb right to the top of the tree to challenge the lineal champion Fury.
A win for Ngannou would be among the sport’s greatest shocks while Fury would suffer a disastrous defeat.

Fury vs Ngannou Fight Prediction
Official fight prediction from Sun Boxing Correspondent Wally Downes Jr:
Tyson Fury has outboxed Wladimir Klitschko and outbanged Deontay Wilder.
So sadly – for the ever-faithful MMA fans who backed Conor McGregor to upset Floyd Mayweather – he can do as he pleases with the UFC heavyweight champ.
Ngannou only started boxing – as a raw novice – aged 22 and understandably took the rapid route to professional cage fighting instead of the tough trip through the amateur boxing code.
Fury, 35, is a childhood boxer, a pugilism encyclopaedia, a jab-and-mover, and a wrecking ball.
SunSport prediction: Fury inside four rounds.
Belts and Trainers
As Ngannou is making his professional boxing debut and not ranked by the WBC, he cannot challenge for Fury’s belt. The WBC has introduced a “Riyadh Champion” belt for this spectacle showdown. Fury’s brother, Tommy Fury, won a similar “Diriyah Belt” in February following his win over Jake Paul. Tyson Fury’s WBC world title will not be on the line against Ngannou.
Fury’s trainer is Sugarhill Steward, while Ngannou’s striking coach is former kickboxer Dewey Cooper, who will be in his corner against Fury. His head MMA trainer is Eric Nicksick, and boxing icon Mike Tyson has mentored Ngannou throughout his camp.
Last Fights
In his last fight, Fury faced Derek Chisora and secured a victory in ten rounds of their trilogy. Ngannou’s last fight was in the UFC, where he defeated Ciryl Gane in a five-round decision win in California.
Earnings
Tyson and Francis Ngannou are set to receive lucrative paychecks for their highly-anticipated fight. Ngannou will earn a staggering £6 million for this bout, significantly more than his last UFC fight in 2022. Fury’s earnings haven’t been confirmed yet, but it’s expected that he will earn even more from this high-profile bout.
