World’s Strongest Nation USA vs UK Preview
As of the publication of this article, the teams that will represent the United States of America and the United Kingdom in the 2023 WSN competition have not been revealed. The strongmen and strongwomen will all compete in the same events, some of which will be conducted in the style of a relay, assuming that the format of the competition will remain the same as it was in 2022.
At the 2022 World Strongman Championship, one of the most memorable events was when Gabi Dixson set the record for the longest Hercules Hold time while utilising the same implements as the strongmen. Mark Felix of the United Kingdom, who was unbeatable in grip events for his whole career, was the only competitor who was able to beat her time.
The United States of America and the United Kingdom will each field a team consisting of men and women to compete in this event. Every nation’s team is led by a captain, and there are nine total participants total—five male and four female. Martins Licis, the current world’s strongest man, is the captain of the United States team.
