Caridon Property Group appointed Brandusa Rotaru to encourage further integration between Imperial Apartments residents, as well as supporting tenants across the three core pillars of education and skills, children support, and mental and physical wellbeing.
In February 2024, Caridon Property Group shared details of a new initiative launched with the mission of improving the quality of life of Imperial Apartments residents. With eight years of care, education, therapy and volunteering experience, Brandusa Roturu will partner with local businesses and support services to deliver comprehensive events programming that engages tenants with the development and the wider community. Caridon Property Group’s on-site foodbank drive at Imperial Apartments has been extremely successful, staging weekly coffee mornings, with 80 tenants participating in the first week alone. In addition, early-years learning sessions and skills and education workshops are also in the pipeline, with specific sessions surrounding physical activity and mental health also being organised.
Brandusa Rotaro expressed her delight at working with the Bristol team, reflecting that she was hugely motivated by this crucial work supporting hundreds of tenants and making their lives better. Ms Rotaro praised the existing team, acknowledging that they do an amazing job on the ground every day. Brandusa Rotaro concluded that the development was unlike any other, with everyone going the extra mile for tenants, and said she was proud to play her part in that.
